“Want ad”is used in recruiting column, submit application on-line.
The management of “Want ad”include “data manager”, “add want ad”, “person manager”,“set item name and error information”

Operation:

1) Build “Want ad”
  Path: Manage menu in the left side of back “Website management”→“Add new item”, the selected type of item: “Want ad”
2) Edit “Want ad”
  Path: Manage menu in the left side of back “Website management”→“Item manager” the page of back shown below:
Enter into the back of operation: click “manage” behind “Want ad”, the page of “Want ad” shown below:

1) Data manager: Manage the want ad. Let’s get to know the function of “data manager” according to “Want ad” page shown in image above.
① Delete the want ad
② Modify the want ad. After click, we get into the page shown below:

Click “data manager”③: enter into the page shown below, we may check the want ad.

2) Add want ad: the content we set is the want ad of your company displayed in website,we may add want ad according to the talent management of your company.
Operation: enter into the back of “Want ad”, click the “add want ad” in the upper of back. We enter into the page shown below:

The info option which need users fill in has given, fill the request in the text field. The want ad which we add will display in the website.
3）Person manager: It is the function that manages the applying information. You may check /delete the information of applicant or send email to applicant.
Operation: Enter into the back of “Want ad”, click the “Person manager”in the upper of back and enter into the back shown below:

It includes three aspects of managing the information of applicant:
Delete the information, operation: click ①in the image above
Check the information, operation: click②
Send email to applicant, operation: click ③
4) Set item name and error information:
Operation: enter into the back of “Want ad”, click the “Set item name and error information”in the upper of the back, in the back, we enter into the following image shows:

Item name: it is the item name which need applicant filled in the front. The following image shows:

“Set item name and error information”: It means pop hint when applying information submitted by users isn’t corresponding with request. Some hint is default; you maychange it according to your company actual circumstance.
