| The mounting mode for synchronous belt |
- for mounting the synchronous belt, you must shorten the centre space between the belt wheel if the centers of double wheel is adjustable, then return the previous position after mounted the belt. Furthermore, if the tension wheel is available, you can release it first and mount it later after the synchronous belt was mounted
- In lest the invisible breaks occurs in the anti-tension layer, please do not use too much power or pry the belt by driver. While designing the wheel belt, we'd better choose the saft structure movable to close, otherwise, we'd better mount the synchronous belt and wheel together in the relative shaft.
- Control the tension suitably.
- The parallel requirement is strict during the driving, otherwise, the belt maybe run out the wheel, meanwhile, the unparallel axis may also case the uneven pressure and wear out the gear.
- Enough rigidity for the stand to supporting the wheel, otherwis, it will result in the unparallel between two axis.

| The storage and maintenance for synchronouse belt |
- The curve of belt are prohibited during the storage, otherwise, the breaks will be occured in the anti-tension layer. The minimu curved diameter, please refer to the form.
- Storage in the dry place without the sunlight, the temperature should be -20 to 50C

- The solid matters is strictly prohibited to come into groove, it may cause the cut off the belt
